The three principal areas of the practice are Property, Corporate and Litigation, all having an equal prominence.

These areas of law are wide ranging and often overlap.  We are able to manage this by referral of such issues to the most appropriate members of each practice area.

Frequently corporate transactions have elements of property law to confront (and vice-versa) and each department works extremely closely with the other where the need arises.

However, increasing levels of required specialisation have led to our maintaining the three separately identified departments.
