An application by Hutchinson 3G Limited for Planning Permission to install a 25 metre high tower with ancillary equipment in Peterborough, which was granted on appeal, has been referred to the Court of Appeal. A local resident suffering from a rare medical condition that required her to be fed intravenously by an electrical machine was concerned that the base station would interfere with her feeding apparatus.
