Over Taylor Biggs

From South West (A38 and A380) (Plymouth and Torbay)

Take the A379 exit, signposted Dawlish, before the A38 becomes M5. After one mile, at first roundabout at Devon Hotel, take second exit, left; signposted Marsh Barton and Park & Ride.
Along Bad Homburg Way, at the first roundabout, facing the BMW showroom, take first exit left and proceed northwards, passing Exeter Livestock Centre on your left. Immediately after the Mercedes Benz dealership on your right, turn right into Lustleigh Close and right again to 4 Cranmere Court.

From North (M5) and South East (A376) (London/Bristol/Taunton)

At J30 of M5 proceed to A379, signposted Dawlish, taking the second exit off the dual carriageway. Merge right and proceed to Countess Wear roundabout (Shell filling station on your right).
Take second exit, continuing A379 Dawlish. Cross the canal bridge. At next roundabout (Matford) take second exit, right, to A379 for Plymouth and Torquay. At next roundabout at Devon Hotel, take third exit, right, into Bad Homburg Way, signposted Park & Ride.
Follow directions as above, for A38 and A380.

From North West (A377 and A396) (Crediton and Tiverton)

Proceed through City Centre, via St David's Railway Station and Exe Bridges, along A377 to Marsh Barton Industrial Estate. Proceed along A377 until Sainsbury's Superstore on your left. Take left lane after traffic lights, into Church Road. At first roundabout take first exit left into Alphin Brook Road. At next mini roundabout, take second exit, continuing along Alphin Brook Road. At next roundabout, take third exit, right, into Bad Homburg Way. Go over bridge and take first right into Matford Park Road. Take first left into Lustleigh Close and then right into 4 Cranmere Court.

From West (A30) (Okehampton)

Take A377 exit, signposted City Centre and Crediton. After first lights, bear left. Take right lane and turn right at lights. Take middle lane, to turn right in front of Sainsbury's entrance and filling station. Then bear left into Church Road and follow directions, as above, for A377 and A396.

From East (A30) (Honiton)

Join M5 at J29 and exit at J30. Then follow directions, as above, for M5.
