The firm was set up in 1993 as a primarily commercial practice. Our offices were based on a business park, the first legal practice in the South West to do so. Success led to a relocation in 2002 within Matford Business Park.

This location has the benefit of being accessible to clients, with convenient car parking, a lead that others have since followed. It was a positive statement that we intended to be different. Our intention was not to offer a full range of legal services, but to concentrate instead on certain core specialisms, which we had developed and for which we have a substantial reputation.

The concept was to create a niche commercial practice delivering sound, practical and creative solutions to legal problems. This has been achieved over 15 years, demonstrated by our growth in numbers and increasing breadth of the matters dealt with and their value.

The firm has three main practice areas: Property, Corporate and Litigation, with a total of 13 fee earners.
